Location Not Updating
- Check that Location Services are enabled on your phone
- Set location permission to "Always" for best accuracy
- Disable battery saver mode for FamilysApp
Cannot Log In
- Confirm your email and password are correct
- Use password reset if you forgot your password
- Update the app to the latest available version
