By downloading, accessing, or using "FamilysApp" (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FamilysApp is a private location-sharing and family communication platform. The Service allows users to:

• Share their real-time location with designated family members.
• Post photos and updates to a private family feed.
• Manage connected devices.

Important: The Service is not a replacement for emergency services (911/112). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or 100% location accuracy at all times.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your location data, device information, and content as described therein.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Stalk, harass, or track individuals without their consent.
• Share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FamilysApp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your user-generated content (photos, posts) remains your property, but you grant us a license to display it within your private family group.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FamilysApp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
